Lol. The shot did not get him VAC banned.. you get VAC banned after a random period of time when you have ran a program that has been confirmed as a cheat while playing on a VAC protected server. This time frame can be weeks, even months to make cheat developers harder work around VAC. KQLY most likely did on cheat on the tournament, but while playing at home.
