I've seen a Cob few times, but he don't even do anything.

The most of his location is on GK(zeah) and Seers Village on rooftops.

However ive seen him on f2p world too, on moss giants.

This Cob looks like a good creepypasta before botters.

"Cob" literally stands for "Camera on Botters" there was an official rs post on it a while back.

If your script doesn't implement anti-cob you should contact the scripter asap smile.png

In reality there are much more cameras but they tend to be very well hidden.

 

Fun fact: if you go into game and examine bushes all over runescape, occasionally you will get a 'Big brother is watching you' message, this will indicate you have stumbled upon a hidden camera. Fun stuff.
