The most of his location is on GK(zeah) and Seers Village on rooftops. However ive seen him on f2p world too, on moss giants. This Cob looks like a good creepypasta before botters.

If your script doesn't implement anti-cob you should contact the scripter asap What the fuck..... I've never seen COB ever. This sounds like a prank.

In reality there are much more cameras but they tend to be very well hidden. Fun fact: if you go into game and examine bushes all over runescape, occasionally you will get a 'Big brother is watching you' message, this will indicate you have stumbled upon a hidden camera. Fun stuff.
