should i go to my doctor for treatment/help with it?

They'd likely give you a brace and tell you to get off the computer

Have you just tried stretching out and rubbing in your forearm (right above elbow area) where you get tennis elbow?

Pop and see your doc and you can get an assesment, get an ergonomic mouse with a rollerball, it will help

PIP oesteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or lupus. Use heat packs and avoid the computer until you see your doctor.
