Obviously it's going to take a lot of work-days for them to refund you? First they have to receive it from the postal office, then, once they receive it, they need to find the time to look at the phone, making sure nothing is broken and so on. After checking-up on the phone, they will have to issue a refund to you, which is also going to take a couple of banking days, due to it being issued as a refund, not a transfer.

 

Stop being impatient and second of all; stop buying stuff, if you aren't sure if you want it.

and also they dont want returning shit to be convenient so he keeps it.
