Hmm that's odd, I'd expect the webwalker to be able to reach those without a problem. The webwalker is something in the client and not the script, so there will have to be a new client version for this.

Awesome! This is a client issue with the webwalker, what's the item id from the clue? I'll mark it as unobtainable. The requirements should be somewhere on the wiki. It can loot impling jar or fight monsters to get new medium clues.
