I like them although it hurts my OCD as some on that row have crowns and the others don't. I also think it would be nice if all the staff had crowns.

The accounts could still be scammed in the same way, this is a rule flaw. You could get around this by selling an account as a service if you have under 100 post count. This shouldn't be allowed.

Crowns for all these ranks, a black one for developer with D on, a blue one with S on for SM, a dark green one with T on for trail moderator and a light green one with A on for CBA.

He states he is buying or selling, (I can't tell) an account with level 44 runecrafting, tell me how that has nothing to do with accounts. It's hardly creation if it has 44 runecrafting.

That's why I'm saying this the trade can happen quicker as they can gain post count that tiny bit faster, find a good price and a potential buyer and sell it more quickly.

People will go back on their word as someone else may bid higher after the timer ends and if they're quitting I'm not sure an infraction here would deter them from taking the higher bid.

The rules are that you are not allowed to advertise a direct competitor to the client, so posting items like RS3 only clients should be fine.

Many of those pins are in the wrong area so they just need to be moved but I support the announcements should be cleared up as it looks messy.
