Dont upload from file, upload from a link and it will work. max size is 130x130 for non VIP/Sponsor users, I believe.

I dont think anyone will do this hand done, only botted. All of the people who sell IP do it botted.

banrate is not high. it is slim to none if you arent botting. he said he did it legit so theres no reason to assume he is botting it.

Scammer. Banned off site for scamming/ban evading. also it is trade banned which means he probably tried to scam multiple people on steam.
