YouTube tutorials are pretty one on one. If you have any questions you can just post here and someone will help you. Even if you're "hands on" Someone will still have to explain to you how things work. It would be no different than watching a youtube video covering something in java.

Pretty much what eric said. It will take you two or so weeks to be able to know what you need to write a very basic script. I guess an example would be: Entity tree = objects.closest("Tree"); if(tree!=null&&!myPlayer().isAnimating()) tree.interact("Chop-down"); That's like stuff you'll learn in two or three java tutorials.

I would hold off on doing anything on the account for a week or so, just to be safe. That way you don't waste any time.

You need two states, one to walk to the bank, and one to actually bank. To make it walk to the bank, do an area check and then check if the invenntory is full. To make it bank, check if it's in the bank area and if the inventory is full.

You can do anything if you code it. Literally everything you just stated is really easy to do, it's just making sure it doesn't run into any issues along the way, that's the hard part.
