Ofcourse it is up to you, but Stealth Injection is widely considered equally safe if not safer than mirror mode. It also uses fewer resources and is reliable. Generally speaking, the tools you use to bot (client, script, ...) have little affect on bans. It's much more about how you bot with them, specifically minimising the time spent running scripts over prolonged periods. Did you follow the set up instructions on the OP ? If so this could be due to the unreliability of mirror mode - switch to Stealth Injection if you want any script to function correctly.
