Not sure what you mean by "High-Efficiency mode" though, I actually run it myself and I have statistics on fails and succes of interactions and the rate over every bot is less than 4% on tethering, 95% of those when midway traveling between boat and beach, which a normal player will fail aswell bcs it just bad timing. So your statistics are very flawed or just a pure guess.

Well impossible to tell at some locations and 90% of the time u have to wait 10 seconds to logout, so rather reset in the meantime aswell
