On the same page at the top: It SEEMS to be the case ... So maybe it is, maybe it isn't Only thing I know for sure is that the cannon is affected by range bonus, if you got +0 range the cannon barely hit. No matter your range level xD This was confirmed by the mods ^^ Khaleesi -
In the latest Runescape myth busters, the devs/mods confirmed the cannon works with range bonus. The higher your range bonus is, the better the hits and the better the accuracy =) They didn't say anything about wielding a melee wepeon to gain better accuracy bonus ... If you are chosing "Fire runes - basic altars" it is. Use the Advanced altar tab if you wish to run Fire runes with Ring of duellings ^^ Khaleesi

Hey, I regret to inform you that this script does not have rune bar support, as I, unlike other scripters, will not add stuff to it that I haven't tried myself and know it works 100%. If you could PM me and lend me your account for a few hours I'd be more than happy to add it and give you a 48h trial for your troubles.
