1) I don't really understand the fence thing you are trying to explain. 2) Nope that's not possible. The whole script is based on the states of the pouches. Either get lunar for NPC contact or don't use pouches outside of abyss. Pouches will keep degrading and lose capacity, after some time they even break and gets deleted. If they degrade few times it takes longer to bank and fill them, then actually just use no pouches at all. Khaleesi

I've never had it happen to me on mirror client but on normal it has happened, very rare though. So be sure to empty them regularly and on sunday night before going to bed.
