Yeah... you botted... which is against Runescape's rules and you got banned for it. Botting is incredibly dangerous now a day due to Runescape's high tech bot busting software. As to how to avoid a ban... don't bot and don't break the rules. Sorry for your loss.

Why would you block out the defense level...? Thats a very important stat that could drastically change the value of an account.
