He said he will not do a recovery test. And that only he would be able to recover it because he is the Original Owner. The point of a recovery test is to make sure that you were to recover it, that the person who bought the account from you can also recover it. Or if the account gets hacked, they don't have to come begging you to recover it back for them. I am very interested in the account, and if I were to buy it I would want to make sure that I am completely safe from possible recoveries, as I've had very bad experiences with buying accounts in the past.
