I've forwarded this to an administrator to look into it for you. ^_^ Thank you for your patience.
  2. The user has logged in today and refused to address the scam report. He has been IP banned. If he ever wishes to be brought back in to the community he will first have to refund you. I'm sorry for your loss.
  3. Feel free to open a separate dispute so we can file all that's needed for a refund if necessary. Thank you. ^_^
  4. The product doesn't work. Hence, why there's currently multiple disputes on you and your proxies.
  5. This is to be done in 24 hours. If you can do it by then and it works, that will be fine. However, if not, you're going to need to begin refunding users so they can purchase proxies that are compatible with OSBot currently. Thank you.
  6. I'll forward this to an administrator to see if we can get this resolved for you. Thank you for your patience. ^_^
  7. You are required to refund the users then. Please do this A.S.A.P

You resell proxies? Did you inform this to all your customers?
  9. 3 users along with @Mikasa have verified that they do not work. How can you explain that?
  10. Since the user claims that they work perfectly with OSBot and currently do not, the user is required to refund within 24 hours. I will direct him here as well. Thank you.

This bothers me. You claim your proxies are private, meaning that they shouldn't be flagged regardless or given to another user. Did you inform @Ricky that the proxy may be flagged? Did you inform him that they are private and should have absolutely no issues?

Please make a separate dispute to gather up all evidence just in-case. Thank you.

I have already contacted the user and placed him into TWC as stated in @Ricky's dispute. If he doesn't respond within 24 hours he will be IP banned. Thank you for the additional evidence.

I have contacted the user and placed him into TWC. From the looks of it his proxies are faulty and are not compatible with OSBot, therefore he will most likely have to refund. Thank you for the report.
  15. I have contacted the user and has 24 hours from this post to respond to the thread. The user has also been placed into TWC for the time being. Thank you.

Bye Gimp. Take care of yourself.
  20. Can't argue with you on that. ^_^
  21. Cool list @Sex. Even though Opera sucks.
  22. Sorry @Cinnamon. Due to him not providing all the evidence (e.g the group chats), I just had to re-open the dispute. Glad we got this resolved though. ^_^
  23. I'm very confused as to why this conversation took place then and what it means 2 days after you apparently informed him the accounts were all banned - http://gyazo.com/e3487b4c8d1d11926e6324bc1c425a45
