Alek has made it pretty clear that after his exams & school work he will be looking into this and making changes. (e.g a complete script review along with its scripters). He's also upping the standards needed for scripts to be accepted. So in reality I do think you will see a vast increase in script quality and expectations in the future.

Yes we get that, but at the same time we need something done on your part that can help prove the value that was on the account. Without it, we cannot do much. Hope you understand.

After reviewing the evidence, it was definitely an attempt at a private message trap. However, due to the fact that you didn't read the confirmation private message by @Asuna, the scam unfortunately occurred. If you had read the private message and realized that none of those messages were said within the conversation you were having with the impostor, you wouldn't have lost your money. Nowhere in the Skype conversations you provided between you and the impostor does it state any of the messages above. I hope this serves as a lesson and you will be a lot more careful when trading. Make sure the skype conversations match up with each other and that you compare the skype usernames to that of skype to the ones they have listed on your OSBot account. I'm sorry for your loss. Dispute closed & archived.

I agree. I fought for this in a previous dispute but was turned down. It doesn't make any sense that only one party should be effected because the buyer didn't provide a sufficient confirmation.

I've gone ahead and removed the screenshots for you and staff can view it if necessary. Do you have anything that may show a rough estimate of what the account was worth so we can proceed in a refund? Or else we'll just have to go to @Maldesto's second refund option.

You don't need V.I.P to run scripts you have paid for. ^_^ You do need it if you would like to run multiple tabs and receive other various benefits within the client however. ^_^

We do our best to browse all the forum boards and sections to ensure that spam & unnecessary posts are removed and users are punished accordingly for it. However, no matter how many staff members you have, a forum with 2000 members + online per day will never be completely covered. That's where you guys come in and report posts continuously so that we can catch it if we happen to miss it. We are working towards maybe getting a few more staff members on board, but that's only given to those who deserve it and can handle it responsibly. ^_^
