@Renewdata you need to be a lot more careful as to how you confirm your trades. In the future, make sure you include information like skype conversations, skype usernames, etc. so that both parties have an understanding who they are trading with. I personally believe that due to the negligence by both parties to ensure a safe trade occurred, a 50% refund should be given. I'll discuss this with other staff members and we will review it.
