You're right, the client is built on programming. The community and their discussion(s) are not.

Don't know why you're relating programming to hacking. Programming scripts for OSBot != compromising a user / stealing.

Lets keep in mind this is a RuneScape Botting community. There is no need for this and I can only see bad things coming from it.

And are you going to tell me that these discussion boards won't feed user's interests and pursuing in "hacking" activities?

Do you honestly think the law allows people to "hack" others and steal valuable information / money without any form of punishment? I could go ahead and answer this for you, considering I've been in the situation myself and had local police tell me it is a federal offence, but if you really think this is the case I'd like to hear from you first.
