    Standard protocol only allows for 24 hours. If you are willing to appeal on Saturday after refunding the users, then that will be fine as well. We have to be fair to everyone, which means we cannot allow you any extra time. User has been banned. I'm sorry for your loss.

  7. You were the main owner of the service, and your worker scammed users. I know this may not seem fair to you, but you have to take responsibility as you were the one that allowed him into your service. If you're not going to provide the gold / items that were taken, then I suppose we will indeed have to ban you.

    @cba has 24 hours to compensate for the items / gold taken by @LTS in various disputes. If he is unable to do so, then we will have to end up taking disciplinary action. Thank you.

    I'm sorry to hear that. We will give you 24 hours just like any other user to see what you can do; and if it happens to end up that you cannot compensate for the money taken by @LTS, then we will have to proceed in banning you and closing your services. You will definitely be able to come back after coming up with the money though. Thank you.

    Trinity services will be responsible for refunding you the taken cash as it was a order requested on their thread and @LTS took up that order. I will be notifying them and we will work through getting a refund set in place. Thank you.

  23. What exactly are you referring to here? You had to have added an email address to the runescape account. It's part of the registration.

  25. Hi guys, I hope we can get this figured out soon. , you're the only one with access to the original email to the account, correct? In able for the password of the account to be changed, an individual would need to confirm that request through the original email. If you're not the only one who has access to it, please let us know now; or if you use the same password for multiple occasions such as your Runescape account, emails, etc, and someone else happened to know that password, then it's possible someone else could have logged in. Like I said, , if you have shared the email account details with anyone else, you need to let us know now. Thank you.
