Looks pretty good.
You don't have a SSD (solid state drive). Do you already have on?
If not then I wouldn't go too fancy. Space is most important, but the speed of your hard drive would be good to pay attention to as well. A decent hard drive that has 1tb and a decent speed goes for about $70-$80 and sometimes less if theres a good deal.
Make sure the motherboard supports your Intel processor. I didn't check.
Check all the specs and look at the watts they all require. Make sure your power supply can support all of them.
I would keep the 8gb ram.
Do you want a monitor? If so, you want to look for the lowest response time (1-2 ms is best) and highest refresh rate (60 ghz +).
Make sure it has hdmi as that's probably what you'll be using with your graphics card.
Will you be using headphones for sound? If not make sure you either have speakers or that the monitor you will be using has sound that supports hdmi.
I understand some people think your graphics card has everything to do with your games and how the visual aspects of your PC look, but your CPU is one of the most important parts. It's like the brain of the computer.
If you've never done this before, I might suggest getting help and being very careful. Some parts are delicate and the CPU is VERY VERY fragile! Don't bend the pins!
