All current moderators went through this phase at one point. @Maldesto announced in the chat earlier today there will be 2 Trial Mod promotions this evening ^_^

I really don't know what the ban rates are on thieving but I would say do 1-2 hours botting with breaks from 20mins-1hr 30 mins. Also make sure you're not thieving the same NPC for the duration you're botting.

Like @Cerberus said, the point of the break system is to try imitate human play times as closely as possible. Don't bot a skill like hunter for 4 hours and take a 20 minute break, 1hr-2hrs then 1-3 hours break for boring skills, no one does one skill for that period of time.

Woodcutting is very high ban rate as it's used to Goldfarm a lot of the time. When you bot you should try do skills/methods which aren't common. Sorry for your loss

Seeing that Jagex have sufficient evidence the account is in the hands of the original owner (@Mitch admitted he is), the evidence suggests you are in possession of the account and we will proceed with the refund process. Can both of you post the stats that were on the account and we can take it from there.

As @Aza has openly admitted to the account being changed hands, the refund deadline will be set at 24-hours from the time of this post, this is a reasonable time frame as it is an error on your part that can be rectified with your "friend", either the 33M or the funds paid will need to be refunded, failure to do so by this date will result in a ban and if you wish to return you will need to proceed with this.

@Mitch can you confirm you are the original owner of the account and there has been no owners before you.

Newports has failed to respond within the 24-hours, he has been banned. If he wishes to return he will need to give a full refund/the account back. Sorry for your loss.
