Random events are optional in Runescape, for this reason they have been removed from being solved in the client.

Just to clear this up as everyone seems to be imagining rules, the Global T.O.S DOES NOT contain anything related to bans/mutes. That's great thanks for the update. We still need to run through your T.O.S so you will need to provide the thread that it was ordered off. With the evidence you provided and the correlating time stamps, it doesn't prove he logged into the account so if you could provide evidence of him doing so that would be good. Once again we will need to run through the T.O.S from the thread it was ordered off.

Depends on how often you bot, how many hours you bot for and what type of skill you bot. No-one can tell you an exact figure as no-one knows. Just bot no more than 2 hours at a time in a session before taking a break and try bot a skill that isn't high ban rate.

I don't like League of Legends at all, sucks hard core but it's ridiculous how much money you can make off it as a pro.

They use to have a DBZ game like this back in the day. That shit was the game of the century.

I can't see any reason for it not to interact, it seems like its within the bounding region and it just needs to click. @Swizzbeat's suggestion will be the quickest fix as I'm sure it's client related.

It would seem impractical/bot-like to interact with the Minimap if the tile is 1/2 tiles away?

1/2 a tile away? Not quite sure what you mean could you provide a GIF? I know there is an issue with the interactions at a certain camera angle but other than that it's the first I hear of this.

Random Events are now optional, they have been temporarily been removed from the Event Solvers. We are hoping to re-add them in the future with a selection screen of which Random events you wish to solve, more can be found here.

The picture of the RSPS will need to be removed, it's false advertising. You're going to need some T.O.S for us to verify this service buddy, you can find an example of some here: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/55805-global-osbot-terms-of-service-must-read/ <- If you wish to use those exact same ones then just copy and paste it over

There is no one way to tell what the current ban-rate is but the closest estimation we can give you is it's up to how you play. Bot no more than 2 hours at a time, take regular breaks using the break handler, if you are botting more than 1 account then make sure you're using a proxy, don't bot a high ban-rate skill. That's all the advice we can give really, hope it helps ^_^
