You need to provide screenshots for each of the requirements. Re-post once you have got all the screenshots for the required information in the template.

You have a flagged IP that's why there were banned, you can't bot more than 1 account per IP, that's suicide When Jagex bans, they ban whenever they want. There are no set days that bans occur apart from when you bot your accounts fate is in their hands. Could be 2/3 days or 2/3 months. If we knew why and when Jagex ban people botting would be a breeze.

The user has been notified and placed in TWC. If we need further evidence we will ask you to post on the Dispute which @Mage has opened.

I have notified the user and asked them to post here, they have 24-hours to do so or further action will be taken. I have also placed them in the Trade With Caution user group for the remainder of the disputes open against them.

The developers and Eric have that information so don't worry about proving you bought it, it will come up on your account ^_^ On-topic: Welcome back ^_^

There has been a transition since you last were here, we have moved on from OSBot 1 to OSBot 2.X which is a completely new product this requiring you to purchase any scripts for it again. However Ifrom you had a script on OSBot 1 that has an equivalent on OSBot 2, you are eligble for a free 30-day trial in which case you should contact @Ericthecmh.
