The dispute was he owed money to a user but didn't have the funds to pay it back, we then gave him a time frame but he didn't meet it due to some issues with his PayPal/Bank or something. So we banned him as a safety precaution.

Seems to be broken you're correct, i'll get @Maldesto to take a look at this.

You can't do this directly it needs to be done through iTunes, you would need to download software like Sinute which will extract the music to a folder and then you can plug your iPhone in and drop all the files through iTunes.

I have added you on Skype so we can continue with the Screen share. After Screensharing with @Divica on the Skype in question I can confirm that there are no Chat logs with that user. There was in fact an order placed on March 3rd for 07GP under a different Skype but that transaction went smoothly. Once @Shasta is back from work we will continue the process of Screensharing with him then.

As @Shasta is unable to Screen share in the meantime I will proceed to do with @Divica. I will pm you my Skype now.

@Shasta download Teamviewer and PM me your credentials so I can confirm if there are Skype logs with this user. I will do the same with @Divica once I have had a look at yours.

I am sure this is a misunderstanding also, it's just a safety precaution we must take.

I have requested the user post here within 24-hours, I have also placed the user in the Trade With Caution user group for the remainder of the dispute.

Post a snippet of the code in question with the relevant stack trace and we can try debug it for you.

He's not banned so I don't see any reason for him not to be able to access it, could you ask him to clear his cache and re-try.

It is very possible to get +-80%, it all depends on the type of maze you get. Sometimes you have to back track through doors which will decrease your reward but sometimes you get the straight forward walk through the next door ones which will put you in the 80's ^_^

He was banned for scamming multiple users, there was a time where he had 2/3 disputes open against him and he didn't intend to refund the money which he took. How much exactly did you get scammed?

That's really crappy Jagex seem to be hammering down on bots these days. Sorry for your loss.
