there isn't a given "safe" amount of time to wait lol I don't think it matters how much time you wait to bot again (cause jagex knows you bot), at this point its how you bot be smarter with your times, take breaks, etc

NMZ is pretty much 100% afkable with an auto clicker, semi afkable with your ghost mouse. So yeah i'd definitely use the auto, much much easier you could bot it if you want but just like you said there are risks, in the end it all comes down to your preference
