I wonder how Jagex decides when to go banning. There was no bans recently and then starting yesterday, a lot of people were banned.

I had like 10M in chips like a week or two ago, and I log in to find I only have like 3M... anyone know if they reduced the number of chips? EDIT: For those who cannot tell... this is not me claiming they are scammers, this is me inquiring about what happened to my missing chips.
