I am not part of the other sites, so I am not as aware of what they do as you are. I guess my main concerns for this idea are... 1. Will the scripters who have been approved really help out since they are not getting paid like @Alek is? 2. Will the scrtipters be fair and not disapprove of this because of competition? 3. Will the scripters that have their scripts up for approval be willing to let the other scripters see their code? If I misunderstood your idea, my bad.

No. Anyone can run premium scripts. VIP is only used for running multiple tabs (aka bots) at once.

Step one is to upload a quality script to SDN, which will instantly allow you to become a SDN Scripter. Step two, upload a few more quality scripts to SDN and maintain each and every one of them for a decent amount of time. Around a month or so. Step three, apply for it or wait for a staff to recognize you.

The Veteran shouldn't be pinned imo. As for the rank one, I don't think it should be pinned, but that is debate-able since a lot of people don't know the ranks.

For the pinned topics, I don't really agree with you. I guess it really depends how nit picky you are.
