  15. No idea what you are asking for. All you give us is a picture without an explanation besides it being due.
  16. Imo, that's the buyer's fault. It is common sense to not buy things from people that you don't know and have no recommendations/reviews, rank, etc. I guess this rules just saves the staff some time.
  17. Something tells me, you get a lot of disputes in regards to this.
