I believe so, if you use the renewal option rather than buying it again.

If you don't have the money on/in your account then it won't renew. You may then choose to renew it again at a later date. Also the address you put in is just a formality, you could put in a random address if you're not comfortable inputting your real one.

If people spam to 100 post count and try to sell accounts, I always slap em with 'TWC' anyway Let the noobs spam! But like @Nick said, just report their posts and they'll be hidden and their postcount will be removed.

'@FearMe's rank was removed for making a thread saying everyone should move to a different bot because OSBot "sucks", which was indirect advertisement because we know he was in the process of actually moving communities >.> t was removed directly when he made the post, since he has been causing nothing but trouble. In the past he has made fake farewell threads, causing devs to remove all of his scripts and then he requests them to be added back etc.' As for you @Booch I'm not sure mate.

This also stands for me, I have just gotten home from college. So using 'they' when complaining about the removal of the rank, is a bit unfair. As neither @Smart or myself know why the rank was removed, nor do we mistreat people on this forum.
