Where are you getting any of these statistics. 1/3 Disputes was just opend yesterday 1/3 dispute was opened on the 15th which is nearly solved. Just a mere misunderstading 1/3 Is awaiting a user's return from vacation, which is not a mod's fault but everyone agreed to wait. This doesn't even make sense.
