Do you have java installed? If not it might show up as a zip or watever If you have java then just right click and select open with Java Platform SE Binary

I dont think you need 55 fishing to fish in that spot just need 48 Fishing and 15 agil/str talk to Otto about fishing there after getting the reqs and take the fishing rod from under his bed Edit Might need some crafting and firemaking lvls aswellTping with Varrock teleport and using Home tele to get back would be the best way?
