Unless it was a nub main, it was most likely detected by BotWatch. BotWatch = perm ban every time, 2 day bans are only given by mods and at their discretion (see my previous post).

Basically he means players who played legit and figured botting would save them some time. Jagex gives them 2 day bans as a slap on the wrist as they still want them paying/subscribing, but doesn't want them to bot. Perm bans are for the people with no real interest in the game (in jagexs eyes) and just in it for rwt/cash.

Real question is, where are these 'wheels' you speak of.

This is caused by too much "Memory Pressure" to the JVM heap. Read up on it if your interested, but basically every time you fill the available heap (which happens often), a "Garbage Collection" (aka GC) routine is ran to clear up some memory. This is most likely the lag, as it takes over the thread execution while it clears space in the memory. The larger the heap, the longer to clean it up as well (500mb or less is best size for heap, defaults to 500mb).

No, thats just a warning that if you were trying to use a proxy it will not work. If you don't have a proxy, there is no worries. The blue screen I imagine is some other mirror related issue, but I don't use mirror so can't help with that. Make sure your using the official OSRS client, and not a third party client, to attach to (maybe? lol).
