As I have said before: If a moderator is going to scam, they still can... People still trust them no matter if you ban them or not. If a mod wants to scam, your rule wouldn't hold them back. No use in doing this. Allow them back.

I don't see where 'loose' came into play there.

Just curious seeing as my last thread was locked and the rules of this section seem to actually be harsher, not to mention I received a warning for saying 'fag'.

If a moderator wants to scam, the restriction doesn't really matter because if they're going to scam, they don't care about the restriction. People will still trust moderators regardless of whether they are supposed to participate or not. I don't see the point. I support the OP.
