I'm not saying there isn't ways to pass the time, or compating it to another forum, I'm saying for ease of use, let's reduce it.

20 seconds is too long regardless. It wouldn't make spam too much easier, you still have to wait, but not to a point where you're going to blow your brains out.

I mean it's cheating because you're making a personal website without any skill, better than the guy who has decent knowledge of html and put a lot of time into it. Is it an unfair advantage may be a better question?

True. I'm a fan of bootstrap for sure.

Basically anyone can use it to make an amazing website with little experience. You can skip 2-3 years of experience and still have a better looking, and more responsive page. Is this cheating, or do you think it's an advancement that was bound to happen?

I've tried similar stuff, but nothing that advanced.
