Windows 8.1 totally changed my opinion on Windows 8. I'd still use 7 over 8.1, but it's an improvement from 8 without a doubt.
We might have moderators that specialize in certain areas. For example, we may assign Arctic moderation of the market, but still give him the power of a global.
I've moved this to a more appropriate section ;)
