Apply for jobs everywhere, and do things to beef up your resume. Ex: Take English Classes Online Another thing to do is start learning things online. Learn how to code, or get Microsoft Certified. Try to school yourself to get qualifications for a beginner job.

It looks like it kept failing through paypal, took account credit, then repeating. I've refunded all of them except for one, which gave you VIP.
Top left looks bland but I like the style. Either center the icons or add a logo of some sort on the top left.
I think there's a line for volunteer mods. We're respected/trusted members who don't get paid. We want to get fun out of it, but also do out job well. But I do agree some of us need to improve.
