if u are willing to spend money in this with a little search u could find some lcs tier players that offer classes it could be a bit expensive, but IMO, u don't really need someone to keep playing and playing with you, for an example, if u learn better when to harrass, when to push wave, when to freeze it, csing properly(by csing properly i'm not saying just last hit minions), what to do in tricky situations etc, you SHOULD be able to progress through your divisions by yourself very easily, and you WILL constantly get better ;)
