Depends on how you bot. Generally, it's in the middle in my experience. Bot safe and you should be safe.

Not possible to my knowledge.

I think I was doing something like 4 on and an hour off or so.

Might try using them again. Once I found they did nothing for me and I was getting banned anyway, so I just stopped using them altogether.

Most of what I've heard is that breaks are fairly worthless. Do you have a lot of success with them?
