I am using that as an example, the people who call for a demotion on me are the ones who are getting in trouble for acting like a child. Also Jordan, Smart, and Mikasa have access to the ACP which they have a decent amount of access to help. Jordna has about 75% of my permissions, Smart and Mikasa about 30-50% as they are new to the staff team. They will get more as they are here longer. Like the main point is, behind the scenes there is a lot of stuff you don't see, that all of us do. Also, I wouldn't be against a second community manager if the budget allowed it, nor would I be against another scripts manager.
