You forgot to mention you were buying mass amounts of vouchers from a guy that just registered that day. It isn't like you were buying them from gh0st. Yes, basically the guy purchased a 300 dollar voucher, which should raise eyebrows anyways. Especially since he was new and the first thing he did was that.
The user you bought it from bought it from someone who we think is him or a friend that bought 300 voucher sold it to him and charged back a few days later. I'd advise you not buy these vouchers from new people that can charge back and it leaves you with nothing, make a dispute against the user.
Especially one that tries to kill his mother.

You can report people and request them to get TWC just pm me. There are no set requirements to get rid of it.
