Whoever orders the GFX is responsible for setting the guidelines, if he doesn't agree, simply don't order through him. You seem to be blaming everyone here, but yourself. You agreed to the deal, you didn't question him at all.

You will pay or prove IN THIS DISPUTE NOT CREATING ANOTHER ONE. That you agreed to only pay if you were 100% happy. You have 48 hours to refund him if you can't prove that.

Yes he was TWC, trade with caution, he was not removed from TWC. This won't happen, user told me to close thread, we talked.

I can for certain say lolmanden did and I'm pretty sure that is the only twc that has scammed. I have put all mods responsible on twc the terms will be kept to ourselves. No one will scam.

What users have had TWC removed and scammed? Give me a full list?
