Be more specific. Depends on the skill. Just don't bot stupid. Use breaks, change the skill you're training ( or do some quests, pvm, etc. ) that sort of shit.
i did in pre eoc from 70 - 99 in soulwars, no breaks but buying more supplies..... got lucky af But my friend did it from 80-94 no bans 07. Your choice

Bot = A pattern Afk = No mouse movement/camera angle. Not too hard to tell.
Depends on where you bot anc how you bot. I botted 2 accs so far, with good, realistic, breaks. Do that -- And change what you do. Like bot combat for x amount of exp, then legit train a skill other than combat, or do a quest, or boss, or play a minigame.
