Yes, they are welcomed to be as a spectator. This event is emotional moment for why the person has done the action that he did and may gain the respect back from confessing.
TWC Assembly As a TWC Leader, I hereby announce our first gathering for TWC affiliates. We are going to discuss our future rights and confessions will be done, I'll be the preacher and you be the one who confesses.
