The account has 2 offences, one for macroing and the other one for bot busting, but ive been botting it after that for a nice while and havent got banned. (dont know if that has got something to do with the acc/ip being flagged or not) Got JAG already set, which i cannot clear sadly since the previous owner had it set and couldnt remove it as well. Got some nice stats, skills not being that good but overall the stats are pretty good. I used it to go pking or staking. As inv pic shows also got a firecape, 3 rune defenders and a fighter torso. Come on guys, give the man a break :p What he basically means is that there are alot of bots just standing in the RS worlds 24/7 spamming / advertising for bots so other people can use bots too, problem is jagex sees the adverts too. I dont think your idea is correct evil bender, but it certainly is a interesting one ;)

Nice routine btw, had a routine like this a year ago! If i had to choose one excercise to keep for my next one, i'd without a doubt went for deadlifts Amazing excercise and a very important one!

Swizz the 5x3-5 basically means how many repeats he does and how many sets. (Sets & reps in fitness "language) The 3-5 means he will do 3-5 excercise movements in order to complete one set. 3 is minimum, 5 is maximum.

You know that everyone has the right to bid? If gh0st decides that he doesnt trust the guy with the biggest offer then he'll just use a VMM where the bidder will go first, simple as that.

I can add it in as an update as soon as I have time to spend not working on my classes! Most people use DH. What would you use instead? Weapons, armor. Yeah would love to see "pure" armour added, like full monk with d scimmy/whip, mitre, any cape etc etc and then just same concept as the DH one, around 5 overload pots and rest pray pots and just prot melee.

3 times in a week? looks like you weren't asking for any PM confirmations, changing your password or doing anything to prevent it :l I was lol... changed my pass 6 times during the 3 services, and i definitly spoke to the right guys instead of fake ones. Besides that i asked some questions if the guys knew what they were talking about.
