  8. You are wrong. You have public ip addresses and private ip addresses. You get a public ip address of your ISP -> your router does NAT (Network Address Translation) -> You get private ip of your router on your devices (PC, Laptop, Smartphone) mostly in the range 192.168.0.0 /24.
