Racial supremacism is when you feel your race to be superior to others. Prejudice is an opinion (not a false one per se) borrowed or followed without questioning. Racism is hard to define but in my opinion it includes supremacism, discrimination, prejudicial behavior and much more. I wouldn't boil it down to just supremacism.

You are mixing up "racial discrimination" and "racism" here Roomie. Racism is not limited to discrimination, there are plenty of other ways to offend racial groups (prejudice, stereotyping, etc..)

The second offence used to always result in a permanent ban, seems like the limit is higher now (3(+?)?). On top of that, the reduced duration of temp bans could be another way to not drive players away because of being punished for cheating. This is all just speculation of course, this is actually the first time I hear of a case like this. We'll see..
