The facts that this is the first ban offence on the account in question in 8 years (look at the pictures) and that it occurred during (or closely after) an outsourced service solicited via a botting forum don't play int the provider's advantage. The provider hasn't given any proof other than some very weak arguments. If the provider fails to bring in some actual proof I think the receiver should be compensated for his loss and be refunded.

The service provider was also responsible for not botting. The ban in question here is proof that there was botting activity on the account, it's up to both parties to try and prove when and under which circumstances the ban occurred. If the service provider didn't respect the no-macro part of the deal, which was a term of the service, then the receiving user is eligible for a full refund because he payed for a manual service not a botted one. And some additional money to make up for the ban on top of that. This dispute got on my nerves, I found the arguments from the service provider extremely weak and the lack of evidence from both parties didn't help much either.

I agree that it's overpriced. What annoyed me is that people were laughing at the price because of the i3 even though i7 processors are only like 100-150$ more expensive :p

I'm pretty sure that most scriptwriters make less than 150$/month from OSBot nowadays. Would take hell of a lot of months to get rich with an income like that ;)

There's no age on intelligence, luck, entrepreneurship, dedication or creativity. And you don't even need all of the above to "succeed". Work on your own success instead of looking down on that of others.

Look at the number of copies sold in the last 24 hours, still above the daily average. So cut the bs :p Also, operation costs are extremely low, its player base is loyal to say the least and its target audience very wide. But it might still take up to 20 years to make back their investment from game sales. But that's not what this deal is about. The privilege of having their logo on the splash screen of a game that's played by millions of kids, teenagers and young adults on a daily basis is why they bought the game in the first place. Like I said before, get them while you are young. It's a brilliant move.

Minecraft is the new Lego, it's a strategic purchase: get them while they're young.
