Very well written, it made my cry at certain points. I am going to miss you Kati, so much. I have grown extremely close to you and the rest of the staff since my promotion and love every minute of it. By you promoting me I have learned so much and OSBot is not just a forum to watchover, but it is now a family to protect. StarService has agreed to refunding you 1m as it was his fault. As far as refunding your entire bank, this can not be proven with the miniscule evidence shown I am afraid. And also, if the service was paid for ahead of time and in full he will also have to follow through and provide you with it, that is unless you broke a T.O.S or an agreement made between each other. Once the 1m is given back the dispute will be closed, I have alerted StarServices that he will have to pay you so please post back here when he does so.

What is the skype username of the person that was pretending to be Ely? Remember Admins or Mods will not ask you to download anything suspicious and always ask for a private message on OSBot for confirmation you are talking to the right person on skype.
