  1. You have no T.O.S on your thread and it seemed through the conversations in your dispute thread he had no knowledge of him not being able to use the account half of the time. If you can show me evidence of him knowing exactly what he was purchasing then he will not be given a refund. This is $1.50 we are talking about, no need to get to worked up over it.

Also could you post an image of your paypal account with proof of him charging the money, anymore conversation or evidence would help as currently what you have supplied is not enough to take any action, Thanks.

    There is no evidence to whether you have or have not indeed redeemed the pin, but there is more evidence to the fact that the pin is indeed real, you must be more careful and read the thread thoroughly before buying a product. ScorpioZ will have to give the money to Cynical. Dispute Closed.
